• SPA: Manages the overall expenditure made by the Societe Generale Group.

Process Improvements/Change Management:

• Procurement District Initiative: Started a new application to share data with other projects within SG, improving access control, data quality, and creating a consolidated repository for procurement-related data.
• File Monitor Changes: Implemented changes to generate better downstream extracts, triggering emails to the upstream source system when there was a drop in data count, resolving issues for both our team and the upstream system.
• Data Quality Rules: Developed rules to provide better quality data to users, rejecting anomalies and producing high-quality data. This initiative was the first of its kind among other applications within the Business Line and was appreciated by the BL head.

Role as Business Analyst and Product Onwer:

• Prepared FEDs Regulatory reports including FR Y9C (only HC-R), FR Y15, and FFIEC102 Reports.

Role:

• Member of the Core IT Team responsible for creating the project for EAD/RWA and Capital Calculations for the Bank.
• Proposed the automation of Regulatory reports matching and conducted count matching well after each deployment.

• Worked on Capital Market Domain Projects, facilitating the onboarding of traders in the front offices of investment banks and developing ISDA Market Agreement and ISDA CSA Documents.
