The job responsibility was to start the business operation for the
first time in this location for Sundaram Mutual Fund. Start from
scratch and develop all these areas. Looking after all the
distributor channel (Banks, NDs, RDs & IFA, s). Make local
contests to develop the business in this region. Give some
training to MFD’s & Sub-brokers about Mutual Fund. Do fresh
empanelment and reach out to all the distributors (Banks, NDs,
RDs & ARN Holders) and activate them. Conducting detailed
market study to analyze the latest market trends for sales
planning. Provided strong leadership to enhance team productivity and morale. Established strong relationships with MFD's and clients, ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business.
Manage a team of 5 executives, achieving sales target of Mutual
Funds, LICI, SBI LIFE, FD of Sundaram Finance. Responsible of a
division. Set performance expectations for the team, monitoring progress towards goals and providing constructive feedback as needed.
Financial Planning to the all customer through the Mutual Funds,
Life Insurance, Gen. insurance, FD. Maintained up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and legislative changes to inform planning decisions and strategies. Accelerated information flow and guidance from senior leaders to synchronize and unite efforts.
Investment advisory services to individuals and companies.
