· Led a project in American Express on “process mapping & automation” of a (Roc-matching) process within team which eventually resulted in achieving higher business efficiency by running the process with reduced headcount by 35%. A save of $75000 per annum.
· American Express: Handled different type of ongoing/new campaigns for existing Australia & New Zealand middle market accounts & mapped the whole process in a more efficient manner by analysing key control points. Received certificate of appreciation at J/APA level.
· Process improvement on bill delivery. Overall green-bill percentage shoot-up from 12% in April’12 to 21.5% in Mar’13 YTD against the target of 16%. This had direct impact on cost saving of Rs. 2.7 lacs on bill printing on on-going monthly basis. There was a cost of Rs. 0.6 lacs as incentive for this conversion as well. Vodafone.
· Received recognition for decreasing credit barring of circle from 9.40% to 4.52% within 6 months from joining Vodafone and then after reducing it to the level of 2.46% in subsequent months.
· Brought “Haryana Circle” at No.-5 in credit KPIs from 16th rank pan India within 7 months from joining Vodafone and later in one month at No.-1 as well. This was happened first time ever for Haryana.
· American Express: Selected in an intra-company program (American Express) for six months in MIS team to cater EMEA and US market clients and account development managers.
