Leading the logistics Department, supporting all dispatches, stock inventory, with team of 30 members in managing the logistics operation including all category dispatches on day-to-day basis.

Maintaining the all-cold storages stock inventory on FIFO basis along with the material details.

Arrange the pre-planning transporter for the daily deliveries

Maintaining the vehicle utilization report on day-to-day basis, and highlighted to higher management all report on daily basis.

Planning to next day stock forecasting on the basis of closing stock to plant for the next days stock inventory.

Preparing the WRM report for the discussion purpose with management.

Planing to forecasting planning as per the closing stock and requirement of sales team.
