The Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) is a loan designed to provide a direct incentive for small businesses to keep their workers on the payroll for the covid-19 pandemic. Developed and deployed a bot using blue-prism for multiple banking customers that apply for loans for borrowers within a limited time. Created a bot that validates customer information like SSN, Email, Address, etc. intelligently before submitting. Created multiple bots for fraud detection and checking financial liability for
organizations. Lead a team to build workflow using Bizagi BPM that verifies and validates submitted applications by integrating it with ABBYY OCR, Blueprism, Docu-sign, and custom ASP.NET portal. Provided live support for more than 15 customers for this solution.

Created 6 bots using Blueprism to automate multiple businesses situations in the insurance domain.
Agency Correspondence - Captures policy list and data from Elink and update in the message center. Based on two excel files where business rules are defined, different files saved files are sent to different groups of users.
Regulatory Reporting - Based on emails PDF files are read and keyed in another application, run edits and submit.
CA Request - Based on emails received, lists are searched in Panel manager application and based on that SQL server or Oracle database is queried. In the end, a PDF is created and sent through email.
Servicing Carrier - Process involves downloading policy PDF from Aususm application. Next, the policies are searched, and the PDF files are saved in the Policy center application with other information. This process is repeated for the first, second, and third requests respectively.
