- Implemented and monitored schemes under Mechanism for Marketing of Minor Forest Produce (MFP) through Minimum Support Price (MSP) and Van Dhan Vikas Yojana (VDVY) in WHICH Chhattisgarh is currently 1st position in all over india which State 100% operational of 139 Vandhan kendra (VDVK ) around 41700 beneficiaries under PMJVM Scheme generating 35 crore Sales revenue till date
- Coordinated with the State Implementing Agency and District Implementing Units for fund utilization, data reporting, and field monitoring.
- Supported business planning, product value addition, and marketing linkages for tribal enterprises.
- Assisted in organizing exhibitions, buyer–seller meets, and promotional events for tribal products and MSME linkages
- Prepared Utilization Certificates (UCs), expenditure statements, and progress reports for projects worth several crores.
- Assisted in the establishment and operationalization of Van Dhan Vikas Kendras (VDVKs) across tribal regions.
- To formulate marketing/ communication plans, strategies including competitive positioning, budget etc., for marketing of tribal products through Tribes India outlets
- Maintained procurement documentation, purchase orders, vendor coordination, and bill processing as per government guidelines.
