JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Running automation on Jenkins to validate the false cases to curate the data and achieve higher accuracy.
2. Working closely with Dev and Product team for improvements in product.
3. Using advanced excel functions for data analysis and reporting.
4. Using GIT to store large amount of data and also executing GIT Command to store and commit data into GIT repository.

5. Validating FRD with delivery team and CX teams to initiate a Conversational AI bot.
6. Manage small group of people in the team by allocating daily work task and also provide time to time training for productivity improvement.

7. Raising and resolving issues raised on JIRA.
