➢ Handled the multiple clients with the team of around 3 to 4
members and also connected with spocs/POC's to get the details when it's required.
➢ Good experience in Client Management, taken care of on boarding process, also worked on ATS such as Ceipal.

➢Screening the right profile as per the client job description.

➢Taking pre telephonic interviews with the candidates. (Evaluating candidates on their Interest Level, Experience, and Qualification, Job responsibilities, Current CTC, Expected CTC, Notice period and Communication Skills).

➢Submitting the relevant profiles to the account manager.

➢Scheduling interviews with shortlisted candidates as per the client panel availability.

➢Follow up the candidates as per the interview slots.

➢Negotiating with selected candidate regarding their salary and notice period.

➢Follow up with the selected candidates and keeping them warm till their actual joining.

➢Maintaining internal database for future purpose.

➢Updating recruitment tracker on daily basis.

➢Assisting Hr team in any of the day to day operations.
