• PAT & Process Safety Infrastructure: Established and managed a PAT lab equipped with FBRM, PVM, React-IR, and process safety tools (RC1e, TSU, ARC), enabling robust, scalable process design aligned with chemical engineering principles.
• Centre of Excellence – CIPLA Patalganga: Set up a cross-site Centre of Excellence for PAT and process safety, supporting development across Vikhroli, Bangalore, and Kurkumbh. Recognized by API R&D leadership for timely execution.
• Crystallization Scale-Up for Oncology API: Led the scale-up of a complex crystallization process for an oncology product, improving stability and accelerating launch timelines.
