ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Complete ownership of Enterprise accounts for North America region (B2B)
• Understand the pain points of prospects/accounts via web, linkedIn research and pitch a suitable solution accordingly via emails
• Lead qualification via email/call
• Personalized sniping through various channels like LinkedIn, Email, Call
• End to end account research of the named accounts
• Outbound prospecting via email/cold call
• Worked closely with Account Executives to strategize the current sales pipeline and new accounts
• Maintain CRM hygiene
• Assist in Mass email campaign planning
• Familiar with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach.io, 6Sense
• Regular interaction with C-level, exec- level and mid management of various companies
• Reporting to Associate Director, ABM and VP of Growth Initiatives

ACHIEVEMENTS

• Stabilized my POD during the initial months of COVID-19 in terms of PVA contributing more than 60% for the entire POD.
• Moved to the strategic team to specifically target the high value key accounts
• Gave hands on training to 2 new recruits
• Was a part of the new Initiative Outreach (automation tool for email marketing), worked with VP North America to A/B test the software and provide feedback
