Originally from commerce background, I completed my B.Com and MBA in Finance and HR, and worked for a brief period in finance and HR Recruitment. Even with a bright and rewarding career ahead of me, I decided to take further education and become a psychologist for career advancement. I completed my MA in clinical psychology from Indira Gandhi National Open University in July 2024. I am currently employed with NovaTekno Systems as a HR Generalist. I realised that my true calling and passion are the fields of HR and psychology, as I have the requisite people-oriented skills for the profession, the right temperament and it is utilizing my strengths, and helping me to reach my potential. The objective is to work in the field of counseling and HR, and have a rewarding career in it.

Overview of Taxation Policy of India, Successfully completed a desk research project during my MBA aimed at studying the taxation policy prevalent in our country, the tax system and structure, nature of the taxation system, and the taxation policies adopted by our country from the pre-independence times till today. The project was intended to give the reader thorough information and analysis about the different tax laws prevalent in our country, and the government policies regarding different taxes, as well as the role played by those taxes in our economy.
