Project: AT & T CHROSS
A client’s application which maintained HR details of all employees. This application is maintained on Unix and Oracle Database Servers and the frontend is maintained in Cold Fusion.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in defining project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with senior project managers and stakeholders. Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and testers, to ensure smooth execution of tasks. Help manage team activities, track progress, and resolve any issues that may impact project delivery.
- Maintain clear communication with clients to provide project updates, gather feedback, and ensure that expectations are being met. Prepare and present project status reports, progress metrics, and risks to stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle, and collaborate with the team to develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address challenges and ensure that project objectives are met efficiently.
Project: iCare
The online application comprises of a frontend customer service application on PowerBuilder 7.0 and a backend application on Cobol/AS400, services LTC. With PB 7.0 getting obsolete a new Java application to replace the existing PB functionality was built from scratch.

The Payroll UI is a web portal that supports backend processes to facilitate a common enrollment and billing/payment systems and to administer the payroll and annuity deduction process for the voluntary benefit programs of FEDVIP
