I am a Sales-operational-Product trainer with Total Experience of more than 7 years of experience in Sales and Training, Currently working for brand Lakme, won consistantly best employee award since I've joined, I've worked as a sales manager in several organizations. From classroom training to on job training, checking if employees are following SOP of a brand like grooming, consultation with shoppers, if they are giving correct recommendation or not, if they are adding some more value in shopper's basket or not, shoppers' satisfaction is one thing I always focus, if shoppers are satisfied our offtake, as well as secondary sales, will be high. Also- from checking hygiene of store to hygiene of data this is what we do by visiting 144 stores in Bihar, in this period of covid I am visiting base location which is Patna 63 store. From Recruiting Beauty advisors to mentoring, training and developing motivated BA teams and driving them to achieve higher customer retention by focusing on customer delight experiences. As a zonal training manager, of Central Zone (Bihar, UP, MP, Chhattisgarh) I've to ensure all the trainers; 9 Trainers in 4 State and 650+ Stores, are doing the same and stay motivated always. Also supporting our organization in the compilation of Business Growth Data, I mean business growth by training of employees. Have good command over excel and responsible for calculating growth, value per basket, the width of achievement, defaulter counters who didn't achieve the target and the reason-plan of action updates.
