- Working as a CFTS JTAC engineer
- Primary engineer for handling cable customers
- Handles complex network and Technology for all cable customers
- Supports complex technologies like L3VPN, L2VPN, EVPN customer and other premium customers for Juniper Content and Cloud along with Telco customers
- Help the customer to troubleshoot the packet level on routing products
- Troubleshooting on Major Routing Protocols like OSPF, BGP, ISIS, etc
- Engage Engineering upon finding a Bug in the software release while troubleshooting the issue
