- Delaware DCTS is Contact tracing system. Which deals with Covid-19 Contact tracing and provide solution and send the follow-up messages and mails from case created to till Case is closed or cleared. Once the case is closed/cleared the recipient will get the Release letter. DCTS has two applications Contact tracing and Interview. Interview process will be taken care by interviewer through the call.

- Created Test Plan,Test Cases and Test procedures to cover various test scenarios for the areas of application and to conduct different type of testing.
- Performed SIT and UAT test execution activities throughout STLC.

- Defect Management including reporting and analyzing the defects and follow up through their lifecycle till closure

- lnvloved in scrum level activities like sprint planning,backlog grooming,retrospective meetings,sprint review and release planning sessions.

- To be the primary administrator for the salesforce platform
- Responsibile for administration,reporting and continuous improvement of salesforce for
commercial,marketing,sales and any other internal teams using the platform.
- Manage salesforce user setup and security including
roles,profiles,sharing rules,workflows and groups.
- lnvloved in scrum level activities like sprint planning,backlog grooming,retrospective meetings,sprint review and release planning sessions.
- performed detailed study of user requirements to get a better understanding of functionality and determine test approaches and methods.
- To evaluate any new releases of salesforce and to assist with the implementation of any agreed updates without interruption to the users.
- Manage ongoing support requests and administrative needs of the users including troubleshooting issues.

- Performed Feed validation for ETL biased testing by writing complex minus SQL Queries to validate the data in both the Table are not hindered due to the new changes made to the table.
