  • Worked on end to end people strategy for Citroen's manufacturing foot print in India.
  • Designated Factory Manager for the overall operations of the factory to ensure effective internal control and to manage external stakeholders.
  • Effectively completed the site takeover process from Mitsubishi Contract Manufacturing vendor ( CK Birla Group) by settling out labour issues , legal issues, completion of due diligence and integrating the system to the overall Stellantis culture and philosophy.
  • Built strong Governmental liaison with the State & District administration, Invest India , TN Guidance bureau, Secretaries to the Government for Industry / Labour / Land Revenue , District Collector, Police and Revenue administration officials to smooth take off of operations and sort out teething issues for the enterprise.

  • Lead the HR efforts putting up 4 greenfield factories at Perundurai(TN), Bididi(KA), Mundra(Guj), Ranjangoan(MH) which was the largest food park with a daily employee footprint of 4500 employees.
