Responsibilities: -

• Leading and managing the application development and maintenance of Dell's Converged Infrastructure Application.
• Leading and managing a team of 14 members, who work on Application Development, Product Ownership, Software Testing, Performance Testing, Database & DevOps Orchestration.
• Manage the delivery of application enhancements & defects as per release schedule and quality guidelines.
• Own & manage the entire IT infrastructure of the application & responsible on Dell IT guidelines and upgrades.
• Plan & schedule the Release Management milestones every quarter & responsible for the monthly release activities of the application.
• Responsible for career development/planning, performance and pay discussions of team members.
• Implementing Agile Scrum & play the role of Scrum Master per sprints.
• Ensure the team follows Agile Scrum - Methodologies on Capacity Planning, QA Estimation, Tasks Assignments, Daily Scrum, Grooming, Backlog Prioritization, Velocity, Release & Implementing best practices.

Responsibilities: -

• Performing QA Analysis on User Stories for ACT/XACT, SFDC, Pricing Admin, Order Management, & Flexera in each Sprint/Release as per AGILE Practices.
• Preparation of Test Cases / Test Cycles for each User Stories in QA Complete/Jira/Test Rail for each Sprint/Release.
• Review of Test Cases prepared by Team Members and providing review comments.
• Perform Sanity, Functional and Regression Test Case Executions to achieve Sprint Goal.
• Prepare & maintain Regression Test Cases on different modules of ACT/XACT, Pricing Admin, OM, SFDC & Flexera for each Sprint/Release.
• Setup of efficient standards on Daily Scrum, Sprint Retrospective, Sprint Planning & Sprint Review with each team.
• Validate Production Release.

Responsibilities: -

• Work with PM(s) to plan “QA Estimates & Timelines” & highlighted “Risks and Issues”
• Perform requirement analysis on WIN Modules & reviewed the QA Allocation for WIN Project Plan.
• Discuss & provide inputs to the QA Manager on the “Resource Distribution” & “Work Allocation”.
• Share work allocation sheets with WIN QA Team members and tracked assignments
• Partner & assist the team members on enhancing “Test Execution & Coverage” to meet the “Project Deadlines & Schedules”.
• To get Sanity, Functional & Regression Test Cases prepared by team members and Peer Reviewing them
• Generate Reports from ClearQuest & verifying the correctness of the tickets logged by the team.
• Attend Weekly Meetings with Offshore – Development & QA teams
• Prepare “Weekly QA Status Summary” and share the status across teams.
• Prepare of Test Strategy & providing QA estimation on CQ Tickets for iMercer Releases.
• Setup & attend the Pre-Release Meeting with all Project Stakeholders.
• Prepare & maintain iMercer/WIN Production Support Verification Scripts & performed the Production.
• Release Verification on Release Dates.

Responsibilities: -

• Preparation of Automation Test Plans, Automation & Manual Test Cases.
• Implementation of Automated & Manual Test Scripts & capturing Test Runs.
• Performing Sanity, Functional & Regression Testing & logging defects in ClearQuest
• Generating Reports & analyzing the Test Execution Results
