Employee Onboarding: Releasing Offer Letter, Appointment letter and documentation work.

• Conducting an orientation session to familiarize new hires with the company's mission, values, policies, and procedures.
• Assisting new employees in understanding and enrolling in employee benefits, such as health insurance, and other perks.

Payroll: Extracting the time sheets, interacting with clients and Contractors during the payroll challenges.

Employee Engagement: Implementing and managing employee recognition programs to acknowledge and reward outstanding performance.

• Maintaining Tracker data of Employees by using Excel .
• Conduct HR-connect sessions with employees, this includes one-on-one discussions, Sending PIP emails and Termination letter.

Employee Exit: Conduct an exit interview to gather insights into the reasons for the employee's departure.

• Conducting stay interviews to identify factors that contribute to employee satisfaction and retention proactively.
• Ensure the completion of exit forms and documentation, and return of company property required for the HR records.

Handled HR Activities:

• Recruiting the Qualified candidates using the job sites.
• Onboarding the Candidate in a client place
• Exit Formalities of the Internal Candidates.
