1. Planning:

• Planning and executing End to End Network for Fleet movement for Large BU with cross-functional sync up. Introduction of 2-tier XD network.
• Reduced network closure time from 5 working days to 2. BBD'23 ramp up network was closed within 5 days against 15 days with 0.06% network transition breaches (0.25% BBD'22).
• Monthly fleet planning derived from Demand plan. Monitoring MAPE and reducing inaccuracies. MAPE reduced from 123% to 26% in 2023.

2. Cost

• Building cost efficient network by optimizing Milk routes and re-engineering mapping for last mile hubs.
• Creating Daily CPS (cost per shipment) plan and monitoring to maintain spend within budget. FY cost reduction of ₹299Cr (MM+IWIT) if we compare CPS delta vs shipments handled. CPS reduction from 148 in Dec’22 to 96 in Aug’23 by network re-engineering, implementing RTT, MR Optimizations, FM+MM synergy (1Cr. savings), L1 adherence and Ad-hoc reduction.
• Load diversion done during BBD'23 to de-stress XD which got in 53Lac savings.

Promoted to Senior Manager: Dec'23

• Key role in project management for setting up warehousing flow for new Genset assembly
• Reduced customer(assembly line) complaints significantly (improving RPRT from 81% to 99%) by developing comprehensive issue resolution such as implementing 4 major BIQ gates (built in Quality) from inbound to outbound stage
• Maintained inventory accuracy above 99% with daily audits and was program managed annual PWC audits.
• Completed Internal Audit training and further strengthened warehousing processes.

• Strengthened stakeholder relationships with regular communication, resulting in improved alignment on strategic initiatives.
• Improved and developed processes for sourcing and procuring right material within right time

• Led Global RFQ process for transporters:
• Monthly Savings of ~1.6K $ through transporter negotiations.
• Certified Internal Auditor for ISO 9001:2015
• Lean Green Belt Certification two Internal Kaizen Workshop (IKW) for process improvement
