RTU is installed for monitoring of sites energy consumption & security in details continuously 24 x7 days.
- Product involved in providing Remote Monitoring Facility on all Viom Networks Ltd telecom cell sites of UPE for passive infrastructure equipment installed on Cellular sites. Scope of works driving, controlling, related to establishment of office, ware house, certificates needed from government organization, development of vendor, development of teams, Training of own team of engineers and vendor teams and maintaining a very high level of safety & Quality of service.
- Responsible for planning, budgeting, implementing and management of projects across UPE, UPW & BH&JH.
- Establishment and maintenance of TOC (Tower Operation Centre) at Lucknow UP.
- Successfully rolled out 2932 sites and its operation to TOC in a span of four months.

- New sites RFI Check, Final Acceptance test, Quality check, controlling Opex & Capex, recruitment of Technician & Engineers, collection of revenue, submitting Invoices in time and its follow up, selecting vendors and their payment follow up etc.
- Responsible for Installation, Commissioning and Preventive Maintenance of Diesel Generator set with Automatic Mains Failure, DC power plant / Switch Mode Power Supply system.
