Process: Loan Syndication and Loan Servicing (Bank Loan Operations - Settlements)

• Processed syndication loan activities such as Rollovers, Borrows, Pay downs, Conversions, Interest payments, Split, Rate Change, Combine, Facility Increase, etc. on WSO as per faxes received from Agent banks.
• Worked on various Bank loan applications including WSO, VMW, MCH, LX-Fax, LoanOps, CAM, DB & Scheduler assistance.
• Effectively handled pending trades failed by macros, processed bookings, setups, updates, settled buy-sell trades, and processed offsets in WSO and MCH as per trade blotter received via emails/DB.
• Managed past dues, unapplied wires, and coordinated with internal/external parties to clear wires.
• Conducted cash reconciliation to clear breaks and investigated agent bank notices and trade packs to identify discrepancies in cash flow.
• Processed daily KRI and ensured synchronization of future interest projected amount.
• Worked on Waterfall payments during quarter-end for specific funds, performing manual OMPs, MGLB, setting up wires in VMW/MT103, and updating Cash Sheet as per signed Docs received by IM.
• Ran reports, imported booking sheets, and ran Cash Sheets daily before deadline. Provided training to new joiners, helping them understand processes and clearing doubts.
• Assigned to EOD checks to ensure Funds closure, VMW wires approval, EOD OMPS release, Recon and MCH closing balance tie-ups, and running final reports for Pending trades, and communicating updates to onshore via email.

• Manage collection disputes such as debt collection, reporting on aging debt, bad debt provisioning, outperform cash reconciliation and follow up for missing remittances.
• Record all collection activities in a consistent manner as per client process.
• Delivery of process requirements to achieve key performance targets.
• Ensure compliance to internal controls, standards and regulations.

• Transitioned activities like pending trade, trade settlements, record keeping of bank loans from captive location (from Boston) to SSC Bangalore.
• Processing of Trades, Booking Receipts and Disbursement. daily reconciliation of Cash Balances.
• Tracking billed and unbilled DSO effectively as per process guidelines to reduce DSO.
• Responsible for providing bank loan report to be incorporated into the final NAV Calculation

• Responsible for creating client records for on boarding new loans and verifying all documents/ updating information in database.
• Analyzing personal financial statements of borrowers and preparing financial templates to help under-writers.
• Providing Insurance documents to Borrower by evaluating the property location, costs incurred on replacement.

• Managed activities related to Creation, Deletion, Addition and Depreciation of Fixed Assets.
• Worked closely with Client's Finance Controller and assisted R2A Process Lead and Team Leader in PEC reporting and tracking functions.

• Responsible for preparing Cost Statements to calculate per unit Cost of Production, Cost of Sale and Margin of each product, Cost Auditor’s Report, Cost Compliance Certification, Performance Appraisal, Notes to Annexure.
• Validation of Cost Accounting system to assess the same for conformity with Cost Accounting Standards and GACAP.
