Block & Allocation

• Sending emails for pending trade to broker and chase outstanding deals which are awaiting matching from the broker at block and allocation level on CTM application Escalation and calling broker for pending trades
• Prioritize same day and early currency trades
• More than 97% trade matching same day
• Followed 2 hours SLA for 100mm trades and above
• Prepared highly updated broker contact list on daily basis

Pre-matching-

• Send out the matching emails to counterparties and chase them to match in the market
• The aim of pre matching is to initialize the contact with the counterparty ahead of settlement
• Escalating to both client and broker if any trade mismatching
• More than 100 emails sent to different broker without any error
• Trade flow fails station and CTM application using for pre matching

Cash processing-

• The role of the Middle Office team is to confirm and process all cash instructions received from client
• Processing Time Deposits, Money Market Mutual Fund, Euro Time Deposit in AMH application
• All Cash instructions will feed into Trade Flow via MT541/543 SWIFT messaging and are reconciled back to Fed Essential
• This is to ensure that all instructions are captured, and all details instructed by the client into Trade Flow are correct
• Processor will post the cash entries (MT202 - Payment & MT210 Pre-advise/receipt) in Alliance Messaging Hub (AMH)

Settlement-

• Team is to manage the settlement of all market transactions that fall within our remit, for all our clients
• The Settlements Team will therefore liaise with clients, internal/external custodians, and trading counterparties of the client
• Working on All failing, same day and future SD-1 and SD-2 trade
• Application we are using for settlement GSP, CMS, fails station, AMH

• Investigation of Swift payment Messages for HSBC client on GPI application
• Responsible for effective investigation in queries like –Amendment, Beneficiary claiming non Receipt, unable to apply Fund
• Cancellation or Recall, Return of funds
• Handling Verification for MT202/MT103 Swift correspondence messages
• Providing daily work status to reporting manager
• Ensuring all the queries are settled before SLA if funds deal to be placed, that should be placed as per cut off

• Responsibilities: ITA Setup Team New Account Setup
• Sending daily reports to clients and getting confirmation from them
• Confirming about various fees in Hyperion tool
• Setup account as per the confirmation in ITA Billing System
• Quality Check
• Fee Schedule/Addendum
• Check the scenario to setup the schedule
• Add all countries (Assets and Trades) with given rates in ITA Billing System
• Also add securities
• Quality Check
• Pull all the reports from ITA Billing System and send back to client
• Reporting
• Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports
• Prepare weekly performances
• Prepare Quarterly accuracy file
• Maintain error tracker

• International Trade and Settlement: Maintain MIS Database
• Take care of client service for trade and settlement across the globe
• Reconcile trade discrepancies/settlement issues and inform clients/take corrective actions
• Process bulk fund to fund transfers through excel macros
• Cash SPG (Accounting Settlement, Capstock, Netting and Expenses):
• Process various message types like: MT103, MT200, MT202, MT210, Payments, Transfer and cancellations
• Handle Client service Team for cash settlement
• Settled accounting entries in respect to the custody side
• Reconcile breaks created by posting of custody and accounting and get them cleared
• Process FX through OMS (Order management system) ensuring implementation of correct pricing as per value date and settlement thereof providing support to the client service team (CST) on the operational issues
• Manage escalations pertains to cash settlement and rest of the cash Piece
• Maintain service quality standard by promptly escalating operational concern to reporting Manager in case of delays and deliverables
• Take care of SOD and EOD Reporting
