Techno commercial professional with versatile experience of managing team as well as managing feed mill business. Currently working as a Sr. Technical Specialist at Novus Animal Nutrition India Pvt. Ltd., initially joined Novus for commercial role, earlier worked as General Manager-Technical Services at AFI Feed Industries with a vision of strengthening team at farm level, improving feed performance and boosting marketing activities to grow the organization manifolds also worked as an Regional Manager at ALLTECH, with primary focus on re-energizing sales team and developing business operations in virgin areas of North & East India. Also developed Silage seed business of Pioneer Hybrid International earlier to ALLTECH by utilizing techno-commercial skills. I also had experience of dealing dairy farms while I worked with Kemin Industries South Asia Pvt. Ltd. back in 2014-2017. Passionate about developing business & grabbing new technological developments related to cattle nutrition.

• Helped a dairy farmer to win national level cattle milk production competition when i was in AFI feeds by guiding him throughout year.
• Building North India Dairy Team for Novus Animal Nutrition India Pvt. Ltd. & strengthen them technically . Cracked big key projects and manage Co-operatives business.
• Re-energize ALLTECH dairy North & North East India team and achieve sales targets while leading team of 4 potential business development managers who are not performing up to their potential
