Currently I am working at Bemetara Branch as Credit Manager and also Joint Manager. My Major portfolio is Food and Agro and MSME credit. I also look after compliance and certification and reporting related task.
I had been assigned Branch head profile for 7 months where I worked in credit portfolio and overall branch management with no customer complaints as first priority. During my tenure the credit advance of the branch went from 11.28 Cr in 2021 to 15.28 Cr in 2022.
I worked at this branch with focused portfolio of Agri and small MSME lending and little involvement in Operations side.
I got promoted to scale II in may 2018 with no change in posting. My job role was same as previous i.e. MSME, ATM Customer complaint and digital channel.
In Mohan Nagar Durg Branch my job role was as credit officer with MSME exposure in trading activity. Meanwhile I handled customer general complaints, pension, GBD products and overall customer relationship with branch.
I joined Dena Bank on 29th may 2014 as probationary officer. I worked in Dhamtari branch as general officer handling Digital products, ATM and Cash deposit machine pension etc. With launch of Mudra scheme, I started working as credit officer. I dealt with MSME and retail advances and accounting part of the branch.
1 I have worked in Credit especially in MSME for a long period of more than 8 years with all sizes from Rs 10000 application to Rs 100 Crore
2 I have worked as branch Head thus can handle at all different dept of bank
3 I Manage my time for reporting, processing, compliance related work on split basis thus trying all work done simultaneously
4 I have managed to work with customer on win win basis where i attended their requirement without violating major guidelines although going out of the way, thus implementing customer centricity, innovation and passionate ownership pillars of my organization
