Starting as a newcomer in the role of IT Executive, I worked my way up to become a System Administrator. My focus was on providing hands-on support to end-users, ensuring smooth operation of their systems and applications. I handled tasks ranging from setting up Windows Server 2000, 2003, and 2008, including managing Active Directory for user accounts and group permissions. Additionally, I configured and managed file servers, FTP servers, DNS, DHCP, and IIS for web applications. Moreover, I configured Network Load Balancing (NLB) and Windows Deployment Services, while also managing Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) and Windows Server Update Services (WSUS). In addition to Windows Server, I proficiently configured and maintained ISA Firewall 2004/2006, handling internal, external, and DMZ network configurations, proxy and firewall settings, VPN management, application publishing, and internet connection provisioning.
