- Responsible for providing backend support services to the global sales operations team to ensure the most accurate and current information on prospects available for our sales and marketing teams.

- Completing the tasks accomplished within stringent deadlines, perform reconciliation upon project completion by using CRM - Salesforce List builder and Excel. Prioritizing various projects received.
- Filling RPDs (Request for Product Development) for Enhancement Requests, Bugs, and Questions.
- Improved data accuracy by conducting in-depth research and analysis on industry trends and market behavior.
