Responsible for providing backend support services to the global sales operations team to ensure the most accurate and current information on prospects available for our sales and marketing teams.
Handling special projects within the team, like bulk email uploads.
Maintaining quality CRM data in the Salesforce application. Using a combination of Salesforce CRM and Internal Data Quality Tools, the GSO team will work in conjunction with the U.S. Based Quality Team to improve FactSet Sales process.
Maintain and update the profiles of buy-side/sell-side institutions used by our clients to maintain their business relationships.
Transferring data from various internal and external sources, i.e. LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, FINRA, Open Corporates, etc. Into the CRM - Salesforce, and check existing data for discrepancies and duplicates.
Contacts, Accounts, and sales opportunity creations and validations, and Data Cleansing and analysis for sales reports.
Completing the tasks accomplished within stringent deadlines, perform reconciliation upon project completion by using CRM - Salesforce List builder and Excel. Prioritizing various projects received.
Filling RPDs (Request for Product Development) for Enhancement Requests, Bugs, and Questions.
Improved data accuracy by conducting in-depth research and analysis on industry trends and market behavior.
