• After initial exposure of 5-6 years as Unit, I did staff appointments at Air HQ and Command HQ
• Thereafter, I tenanted appointments of Senior Logistics Officer at various major IAF flying bases looking after overall Supply-chain management dealing the entire Logistics administration including admin/HR issues of the sections/bases
• Also held the appointment of Chief Logistics Officer at three major AF Depots dealing with MT Vehicles, Clothing and small arms & ammunitions as well as Missile maintenance.
• Presently, posted at DRDO HQ as Additional Director, Group Captain rank from Feb 2020 and would be superannuating in Apr 2023 after completing over 34 years of service .Demonstrated strong organizational and time management skills while managing multiple projects.

• Looking after the administration and logistics duties in DRDO HQ including coordination with all labs, Industries as well as Armed forces HQs apart from various of the Directorates of the DRDO HQ

• Of four major AF Equipment Depots, spearheaded the overall supply-chain management involving Provisioning, e-Procurement, Receipt, Quality check, Storage, Inventory control, Sock-taking, Issue and Transportation to various Units of entire clothing, vehicles & technical spares of IAF.
• As Senior Logistics Officer of four major AF units, I was SCM Head of the Base performing the Logistics duties of planning, forecasting, provisioning, contract negotiations, e-procurement, infrastructure development, maintenance and facility management.
• Dealt with the Appraisal Reports, general administration and chaired Procurement committees. Also framed policies, rules and regulations for procurement of equipment, services, security as well HR issues.

While performing staff duties at Air/Command HQ as well as unit logistics officer, displayed exceptional administrative acumen and event management skills

• Conducted audits to improve office logistics practices and procedures.
