Roles and Responsibilities:

• Designed, reviewed, and executed detailed test cases to validate website and mobile app functionalities across Android and iOS platforms.
• Created and maintained a Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) for each sprint to ensure complete test coverage.

• Analyzed requirements, identified gaps, missed use cases, and provided suggestions for clarification and improvement.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Reviewing product specifications and user stories to understand the e-commerce website's functionality, features, and user flows.
• Developing detailed test cases and test scripts based on the requirements. This includes outlining test data, steps, expected results, and post-conditions.
• Creating comprehensive test plans that define the scope, objectives, resources, schedule, and test types (e.g., functional, regression, usability).
• Performing manual tests on the e-commerce website to verify functionality, usability, and performance. This includes testing various aspects like product search, shopping cart, checkout process, and user accounts.
• Identifying, documenting, and reporting bugs or defects found during testing. This involves providing clear and concise information, including steps to reproduce, actual results, and expected results.
• Reported requirement failures/defects using Github.
• Re-testing fixed bugs to ensure the issue is resolved and performing regression tests to confirm that new changes haven't introduced new defects.

The US project that deals with the insurance services involves provider, enrollment, claims, and finance modules. Stages start from loading the member details and processing the payment to the providers for services taken through claim details, and sending responses to the providers through EFT or check transactions. Web applications are designed for front-end users.

Domain: Health Care

Project name: AmeriHealth Caritas.

Business applications: Facets, Quality Center (ALM), Toad, Tidal Scheduler, and DataStage Management.

Role: Worked on all modules of the Software Testing Life Cycle.

Team size: 120.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Load and unload the data into facets through WinSCP and Tidal Scheduler.
• Handled the requirement analysis, design, execution, discussions, status calls, and defect tracking single-handedly.
• Preparing a test plan, test strategy, and test methodologies for the testing.
• Developing functional and system test scenarios, and test cases to ensure the product meets functional and design specifications, and test artifacts.
• Executing test cases that involve functional, negative, and regression testing.
