As a Senior Engineer, got the opportunities to explore additional features in Infoblox like DNSSEC, Anycast,.. And engage in escalation cases from Tier 1 and assisting the Tier 1 engineers with any technical queries they had.
I was chosen as a Technical Support Engineer for NETGEAR process which involved providing Voice Support for AMS customers and assisting them with their queries or any issues related to the NETGEAR Router, Extender, Modem,.. This also had an upselling process that gave me an opportunity to explore the sales process and in understanding effective pitching and upselling.
