• Identifying the Automation opportunities, gathered requirements, implement, test and deploy targeted automation solutions for the various Service requests.

• Responsible for the Business analysis, stakeholder management, post-implementation review and project closeout / handover.
• Preparing Business Requirement Document (BRD) and Functional Specification Document (FSD).
• Perform SIT along with the testing team to ensure the proper working of functionality.
• Responsible for identifying, analysing, measuring and managing project risks.
• Agreeing on project time scales and deadlines with clients.
• Single point of contact for all communications between the client and the Company.
• Work independently and showcased spontaneity while addressing client issues, innovating through team brainstorming.
• Liaise with Production support and Change management team during Production deployment.
• Participated in Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum Stand Up, and Sprint Retrospective meetings.
• Participated in the development and grooming of Project Backlog Stories (Requirements) with business and technology partners.
