Roles and Responsibilities :

• Suggested MMRDA Monorail to implement Solar Energy based on the EOI published. Prepared cost estimates for the same.
• Did Site surveys and prepared detailed estimate for Solar installation for both cost and capacity.
• Improved overall customer satisfaction by proactively addressing concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner, demonstrating a commitment to exceptional service.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to deliver successful product implementations.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Target theft prone area for loss reduction activity according to sales gap analysis of distribution area with necessary sales from billing, Unit send out data from distribution transformers and input point EHV feeders to point out the energy loss.
• Manage Project from estimation and payback calculation to sanction taken and material issue to proper reconciliation of material.
• Proper updating the drawing for user department for knowledge and easy operation.
• Follow the Standardized process to improve communication between department to minimize Project cost and operation cost.
• Responsible for increasing of billing efficiency and bill correction and its clarification.

Team management:

• Allocating work to the team members and technicians on daily basis and regular follow-up taken for work completion.
• Maintaining the meter management activities in SAP system.
• As project leader take the safety precaution of employee as well as consumer a as per standard operating procedure.
• Managing and coordinating the work of multiple Contractor with responsibility for administration and compliance in accordance with company policy.

• Learned Departmental functioning within the MSEDCL organization.
• Visited various sub-stations in Kalyan Zone.
• Analyzed how meters are allocated to new customers.
