Role Description

As an Associate Manager, my responsibility includes conducting business process reviews, communicating with the product owners to understand the business requirements, and converting the same to JIRA stories / ServiceNow tickets. Conducting pre-development sessions for the developers to align with the processes and deadlines. Building coding standard documents, peer reviews, code reviews and demo the new implementations to the client. I have also been playing the lead developer role in the project where I have also designed and delivered pricing solutions using salesforce CPQ.

Role Description

As a Senior developer and a CPQ lead, I have been playing a key role in the development and implementation of CPQ functionalities using price rules, product rules, product hierarchy, custom price books for different international markets. As a Lead, I was also responsible for sprint planning, analyzing business requirement, implementation, of the overall sprint deliverables. Partly involved in the deployment strategy planning for go-live of the application.

Role Description

This role demanded learning a new tool for building Quote templates. My development experience Involved in building an end-to-end Sales Order Integration using REST APIs with ERP systems with the help of a middleware. Created an interactive LWC component which would allow a user to go through a screen flow to perform a quote template generation. I was also the SPOC for DocuSign Gen Templates which is a third part tool provided by salesforce for quote template generation. As a lead, I was also responsible for sprint planning, execution, development, and deployment activities.

Built complex quote templates using dynamic visualforce pages. My work also involved developing functionalities using LWC, Apex triggers and visual flows. Worked on mapping salesforce objects in DocuSign sandbox to merge data from salesforce for eSignature process. Responsible for DocuSign environment set up and configurations ready for each sandbox.

Developed Lead to Cash process that involved various functionalities. Owned and implemented the different sales process flow. Worked on developing sales process using lightning functionalities such sales path, lead to opportunity field mapping, assignment rule, workflow rule, duplicate rule. Worked on Visual force email templates. Performed peer reviews and code reviews for team members.

Client is an independent company that owns and operates a collection of subscription-based services focused on scientific and academic research, patent analytics and regulatory standards, pharmaceutical and biotech intelligence, trademark protection, domain brand protection and intellectual property management. The services focused on analytics. Project involves the management of Quote to Cash process. Salesforce CPQ - used for product management and Zuora, a subscription management system to maintain the customer subscriptions. This Application involves multiple integrations that integrates data from Salesforce to the target financial system.

Role Description

Worked as a Zuora developer. Involved in Credit memo, Amendment, Invoices and Product Integration. I was responsible for creating / scheduling scripts to be set up in the tool, so that whenever the sync is triggered from the salesforce, the required data is integrated in Zuora for subscription and invoice generation. Analyzed the gaps between the two systems in case of any data type mismatch or the prorated data mismatch in the transferred date from salesforce to Zuora.

As part of the business transformation and the new acquisitions, clients wanted to migrate from their legacy system to the new CRM supported system which would make their business much more effective and easier to maintain. This project involves the transformation of the existing legacy system into a cloud-based platform.

In-Time plugin development

In-Time is a plugin developed specifically for SAP HANA tool in order to speed up the process of data reporting when large amount of data is loaded for generating the report .In-Time plugin reads data and execute them in parallel there by consumes less time to generate the report in the reporting layer. Multiple processors are used to increase the speed of reporting and these processors are managed efficiently at the back end by the Java application. In-Time uses java’s advanced Concurrency concepts to monitor and improve its performance. Role Description Worked as an individual developer and a tester. Involved in requirement gathering, analyzing existing issues and fixing the same. Partly involved in testing other modules as part of business requirement.

SQL Developer: 7 Months

Worked as a Billing and Enrollment Developer. Schedule batch jobs and execute scripts manually for the failed/unprocessed records.
