The process involves preparing csv sheet by removing the unnecessary data from group of sheets with a ROBOT procedure and upload the csv in desktop application which means it works daily process from Task Scheduler which can be run at a schedule time daily.

Automation can be used to eliminate the need to manually upload the file multiple systems and navigate through different tabs to reduce processing time and error rates.
