- Checking out the different financial ratios – Debtor & Creditor days, Inventory days, Gross & Net profit ratio, DSCR, current ratio, Debt equity ratio & Liquid ratio by using excel
- Complete the eligibility calculation and underwriting for approval with mitigates and deviations as per policy
- Currently handing solely Pune, Kolhapur & Sangli location with two credit managers from Feb 2024
- Provide solutions to team members and motivate them for better output
- Resolve the audit queries of all loan disbursed cases
- Monitoring the branch portfolio MIS and co-ordinate with our collection team and agencies
- Monitoring & coordination with vendors like an FCU and CPV OR FI agencies
- Earlier joined with 'Arohan Financial Service Limited (Intellecash)' in Oct 2017 which got merged with group company 'Ashv Finance Limited' from 1st Feb 2021 onwards post covid
