  New Product Launch: Worked on technical and design solutioning to ensure the product was salable through the existing Salesforce CPQ process.
  Salesforce Partner Tool Rollout: Assisted in the development of a tool that allowed partners to register deals and create quotes seamlessly, enhancing partner autonomy and streamlining the process.
• Contributed to the CLM Migration Project, analyzing the current implementation and understanding its downstream impacts to facilitate a smooth transition to a new tool while maintaining existing functionality.
• Assisted in the Customer Portal management and product marketplace listing tool, contributing to business process optimization and improving user experience.
• Currently supporting the analysis of a non-Salesforce tool to identify upgrade options, involving a comprehensive understanding of the systems in place.
• Contributed to the creation and maintenance of clear documentation, user stories, and demo videos for development and training purposes.

• CPQ Implementation for Digital.AI: Led CPQ implementation, integrating product offerings and pricing strategies from 5 companies. Designed dynamic advanced and standard approval processes, improving quote cycle efficiency.
• Sales Cloud Implementation for Agiloft: Integrated Sales Cloud with multiple third-party tools like HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and ERP systems, ensuring smooth transition and optimization for Enterprise Territory Management.
• CPQ Implementation for Mindtickle: Streamlined product bundling and pricing, developed custom billing strategies, and integrated DocuSign for automated order generation.
• Sales Cloud Health Check & Optimization for Energous Corporation: Conducted an in-depth analysis of the client's Salesforce system and provided optimization solutions, including Single Sign-On setup and system improvements.
