  • Organizing behavioral and managerial training for upcoming managers
  • Employee Engagement : Design and execute EE plan for the entire year with budget and get it sign off from the management
  • Facilitate Connect sessions at team level and domain level, engage employee's beyond work activities Communication and Implementation of HR policies and program
  • Responsible for Leadership & HR connects (Town halls, Focused Group Discussions, Skip level meeting)
  • Employee Relations : Leading employee connects sessions like new joiner connect sessions, Health Check meeting, coordinate and conduct townhall sessions, policy awareness sessions
  • Grievance Handling : Addressing employee queries on salary, employee benefits, insurance, performance issues, statutory compliances & on all the HR processes/policies within stipulated TAT
  • Onboarding/Separation Activities: Responsible to conducted onboarding sessions for new hires, introducing them to company culture and policies
  • Make sure the employee separation procedure completes hassle free
