I currently lead the operational and human capital strategy for a 125-person organization, reporting directly to the Managing Director. My role is to bridge the gap between high-level group strategy and daily frontline execution across HR, business development, and facility management.
Core Responsibilities & Impact:
• Systems & Automation: I am spearheading the company’s digital transformation by implementing a centralized HRMS. This move is shifting our culture from manual tracking to an automated, performance-driven environment, allowing for real-time employee auditing and streamlined reporting.
• Operational Project Management: I manage "zero-to-one" infrastructure projects, most notably the end-to-end launch of a corporate kitchen facility for 85+ daily users. This includes overseeing construction, budget control, and managing a 5-person hospitality team to ensure a seamless employee experience.
• Business Intelligence & Growth: I work closely with the MD to refine product-market fit. By attending major industry exhibitions and conducting competitor benchmarking, I translate market trends into actionable insights for our retail and production departments.
• Workflow Optimization: I utilize Trello as a central "handbook" for daily task management across departments and oversee the counter operations and staff to ensure communication between the sales floor and the central office is friction-less.
• Human Capital Strategy: Beyond standard compliance and recruitment, I am focused on the "moulding" of our workforce—onboarding, evaluating performance, and building a system that allows a 125-person team to scale efficiently.
