• Interacting with the hiring managers and understanding the business requirements.
• Responsible for the data creation, delivery and communication to all stakeholders of weekly agendas for the Sourcing Board Reviews
• Consolidating the feedback and discussion during the stack holder meeting and to update the status on the same at next meeting
• Involve in weekly meeting with the Managers and presenting the overall hiring scenario and explaining them the future course of action to fulfil the open positions.
• Handling multiple COE with different hiring needs and update the status to all leaders on weekly basis with hiring progress
• Keeping track of employee referrals and processing them as and when the requirements arise.
• Mentoring and managing the junior staff and coordinating with team members to reach the targets on time and closing the positions within SLA.
• Negotiate offers between hiring managers and candidates, assisting in the negotiation of release dates and backfill requirements wherever applicable. Maintaining a balance between different sourcing channels like Job sites, Vendors, Direct, Internal Referral system, Campus, etc.
• Proven track record of working with diverse business units to provide innovative solutions to counter complex Recruitment challenges
• Providing process guidance and training assistance to the new joiners and to the project team within different COE
• Responsible for the individual day to day activity of sourcing profiles, interview schedules, panel availability, follow up with scheduled candidates, offer negotiations and to follow up with offered candidates on the status.
• Publishing dashboards for businesses with YTD and monthly update on Open positions, closed positions, Red Flags, Revenue Leakage, Growth & Backfill Drivers, Internal vs. External Deployment etc.
