Key Area of Responsibility:

Sampling:

• Trend forecasting with designer and ready range of samples based on buyer's handwriting.
• Examining the techpack received from buyer for range as required from their designer.
• Arrange fabric & trims for both the development, keeping cost & quality factory in mind
• Closely follow up with factory to ensure samples should reach before deadline.
• For costing-
• Share techpack with all existing & new vendors.
• Arrange fabric price & quality based on buyer's requirement.
• Compare CBD and share feedback with all vendors, negotiate on prices keeping buyer's target in mind, under guidance of team manger.
• Simultaneously work with trims supplier and arrange price for factories if there sourced prices are higher and not achieving given target.

Production:

• Communicating with buyer and factory to understand details of fixed orders.
• Follow up with fabric mill, review all strike off /deskloom /labdip submission before sending to buyer. Work on TNA and fabric lead time.
• Work with factory to make TNA keeping delivery in mind. closely follow up on fitting sample and trims to ensure all closures are done before fabric inhouse.
• Ensure fabric & garment should pass all testing parameters before staring production.
• Production meeting with QA & factory production team, and making them understand about the style and requirement.
• Visiting factory regularly to keep check on production quality.
• Weekly production meeting with factory with QA & randomly check bulk fabric & trims lot.
• Review size set before production.
• Keep in touch with buyer and logistic team for VSSL booking.
