  • Contributed to the development of a new product line from scratch and took complete ownership of a new business vertical, building it up from the ground up
  • Established a cross-functional team of 19 professionals by recruiting and hiring front-end and back-end developers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, DevOps engineers, and other key roles from ground up.
  • Established the team's product vision by defining clear goals and priorities that aligned with the company's overall strategy. Collaborated with stakeholders to identify customer needs and market trends, resulting in a distinct and innovative product strategy that took a contrarian approach.
  • Based on market and consumer research, transitioned from building standalone products to adopting a platform-as-a-product approach by creating a comprehensive suite of no-code tools within a platform called Munshify.
