Key Responsibilities:

• Inbound & Outbound Coordination: Proactively follow up with co-loaders and airlines to secure timely connections for both inbound and outbound shipments, minimizing delays and ensuring uninterrupted cargo flow.
• Cargo Retrieval & Handling: Closely monitor airline schedules and coordinate with handling teams to ensure on-time retrieval of inbound cargo, maintaining accuracy in documentation and compliance with airline and customs requirements.
• Outbound Cargo Management: Manage the complete outbound cargo booking process, from slot reservations to final confirmation, ensuring shipments are booked in compliance with weight, volume, and airline regulations.
• Airline Liaison & Upliftment Monitoring: Maintain continuous communication with airlines to track upliftment status of outbound shipments, proactively resolving any operational challenges and ensuring successful cargo upliftment.
• Operational Excellence: Collaborate with internal teams to streamline workflows, optimize cargo movement, and improve turnaround time, contributing to enhanced service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Problem Solving & Escalation Management: Act swiftly to address operational bottlenecks, coordinate with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies, and ensure contingency measures are in place for smooth cargo movement.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively with colleagues and cross-functional departments to achieve collective goals, maintain transparency, and foster a positive work environment.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure strict adherence to operational guidelines, airline policies, and regulatory requirements, maintaining accuracy in documentation and reporting.
