Product: Partner Relationship Management
This system manages the end to end settlement process between various types of partners like interconncet , roaming and non-telco partners for the services provided. There will be contract between two partners, where the one partner charges to another partner for the service provided. System provides all required features like partner onboarding, trunk/imsi configuration,service config, zones/dailcodes configuration, tariff configuration, invoice configuration and bulk upload.

Product: Subscription Manager(SCM)
Subscription manager is responsible for creating various types of VAS offers (Live Cricket match, Exam Results, etc) for the telecom operator, configuring tariff for activation and renewal, life cycle validity for each offer and so on.
When a subscriber request for activating an offer, system first validate the msisdn then find the offercode and corresponding tariff to charge the subscriber and at last a CDR will generate to record the charge details. Sameway in case of renewal, application initiate a charging request to auto charge the active subscriber for the offer subscribed.

The purpose of this project is to provide support to subscribers of a telecom operator. We have a GUI through which customer care agent can care see all the information of a customer like sim activation date, current state, main balance, active plans and recent transactions done by the customer. It provides provision to adjust the balance,modify plan, refund the balance etc .
