• Program lead for implementation of products and automation of processes in Talent Management & Global Recruitment i.e, Sourcing Management, Interview Management, Offer Management, Onboarding, BGV, Campus Hiring & Engagement, Contractor hiring & Payment, Dashboards.
• Manage the HR Digital Transformation through SMAC (Social, Mobile, Analytics, Cloud) and lead the team for Off the shelf Cloud Solutions (SaaS) evaluation, implementation and adoption

• Develop HR deal strategy and integration approach and oversee implementation
• Manage deal commercial and operational objectives
• Engage HR deal teams and resources regionally and globally to ensure each deal is managed in accordance with HR governance and operating model.

• Managing movement of resources from Corporate Deployable Pool (CDP) to projects for Technical & Non-technical skilled associates PAN India
• Plan and Execute CDP drives (Internal placement fair) based on the business requirements where associates and managers meet in a same forum for interview.
