• Highly proficient and passionate in Apex, Vlocity OmniScript, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, Vlocity CLM, Vlocity Digital APIs.
• Good in configure Platform cores like Profiles, Permission Set, Validation
• Rules, Security Configurations, Sharing settings, Sharing rules and OWD.
• Good in Asynchronous Apex, Batch Apex and Continuations.
• Experience in RESTful API integrations

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

• Overview: It includes CRM for Real Estates, we use Enterprise license
• The project all about marketing and get the lead information and pass to channel sales member where we use automation, trigger, apex class to pull information from different object, and used Schedule Apex to update certain field in every month

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Performed salesforce.com Administrator.
• Administered User's Management Access Controls and Settings
• Worked on Service cloud, Omni Channel end trained the end users.
• Create various Custom Profiles, Roles and Permission sets based on the organizational hierarchy requirements
• Developed Workflow rules, Approval Processes, Email Templates for business process
• Worked in Data Management using Import Wizard and Apex Data Loader for Import, Export and Update operations

Pricing and Analytics

The team facilitates the End to End process of Bookings Documentation, Pricing Payments of clients for a variety of reasons including GCSS and Commercially driven decisions.

Main Responsibilities

• SPOC (Single point of contact) in the team.
• Customer queries handled by way of calls and emails.
• Responsible person to deal with the customer escalations and keep the hierarchy informed about the process.
• Prepares and sends the Report for Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly basis to the Cluster’s Top.
