- Developed end-to-end UI of a new Knowledge Base Admin. Closely worked with the design team to implement the functionality. This application has been deployed for multiple customers and is currently used by more than 5000 enterprise users.
- Spearheaded the development of a Ticket management mobile application, leveraging the Ionic and Capacitor frameworks within an Angular environment. The app is live on Play and App Store.
- Designed and implemented a user-friendly interface with four primary tabs, including Home, Profile, and Create Ticket, enhancing user navigation and experience. The Home tab enabled users to view and interact with all their tickets, including ticket summaries, status updates, priority adjustments, comment additions, and attachment uploads. Users can create cases with different request types and approve or reject incoming requests.
- Enhanced the security and user experience by implementing Okta & Azure authentication.
- Implemented native device features for both Android and iOS like deep linking.
