Roles and Responsibilities
• Contributing my best productive numbers throughout to achieve 100% effort completions. I have been adhered to achieving in delivery of SLA by giving my best RPH productivity in meeting the target, meeting 100% quality targets monthly, maintaining standard average UT & did not receive any stateside escalations.
• Handling additional responsibilities by doing RMC audit to avoid any risk incidents and sending Production/Efficiency Report, AHT Report, and Daily Targets E-mails within the Team.
• I have been working on Escalation emails and Rush request files.
• Providing floor support to OJT team members (India) and audit their loans to avoid errors in process.
• Conducted OJT, Certification and Ramp Up audits For First VST Batch for Manila Team Members.
• Conducted Team meetings and Sharing Minutes of Meeting to the Team.
• Conducted team meetings in BOD for planning the day to achieve Targets, efficiency and Good practices to the Team.
• Provided Process updates and Re-iterations to the team.
• Provided and Refresher Training to Team member on Title and insurance Product.
• Provided floor support to Manila Pilot VST team members and audit their loans to avoid errors in process and supported in OJT.
• I have worked on Escalations and Super Rush request, near to closing date files by interacting with HLP, HMC, and HLU.
• Sending BOD Reports (Subordination Mailbox and Subordination Doc Processing).
• Mailbox Allocation for subordination agreement.
• Worked on Anomaly Audit Reports.
• Managing Risk (RMC)Audits for the Team.
• Worked on Team Member Mortgage program loans (TMMP) loans.
• Consolidation of Loans production reports, Production Counts Tracker.
