Responsibilities:

• Supply Chain Management & Logistics Coordinate: vehicle planning and dispatch as per client requirements, ensuring on-time deliveries to e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and store-to-store transfers.
• Daily Operations & MIS: Maintain daily MIS reports, monitor TAT for shipments (appointment/non-appointment), and follow up on billing and payments.
• 3PL Warehousing & Inventory Management: Work with 3PL providers to manage warehousing, analyze inventory reports, and ensure optimal stock levels.
• Customer Service Reporting: Assist in preparing quarterly customer service level reports and maintain client satisfaction by resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Timely Execution: Ensure all tasks are completed as per agreed timelines,

• Daily Operations Oversight: Monitor daily shipment bookings and track undelivered shipments. Provide guidance to the team on improving operational performance.
• Performance Analysis & Improvement: Collaborate with the RM to identify opportunities for enhancing performance, productivity, and efficiency across departmental and organizational operations.
• Business Dashboard & Branch Performance: Regularly review business dashboards to assess branch performance, ensuring alignment with overall goals and identifying areas for improvement.
• Strategic Planning & Methodologies: Develop and implement effective operational strategies and methods to improve workflow, streamline processes, and enhance profitability.
• Employee Performance Evaluation: Continuously evaluate team and employee performance, providing feedback and training to foster skill development and ensure high levels of productivity.
