Project Name: Sports Answer Backend System for Bing

This project centered on the development and management of data processing function using C#, Azure Function, EventHub, CosmosDB, SignalR, and Redis to support real-time data pipeline. This endeavor aimed to ensure the smooth and accurate flow of data through the system. The primary objective and notable achievement of this project include:

• Designed, developed, and maintained data processing functions using C# and Azure Functions, contributing to the real-time data pipeline.
• Implemented data transformation procedures for structuring and parsing incoming data, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Leveraged Azure cloud services to optimize data storage and retrieval mechanisms, enhancing system performance and reliability.
• Successfully integrated with external APIs to fetch and process data, addressing data retrieval requirements and ensuring efficient data processing.
• Demonstrated proficiency in handling HTTP responses, guaranteeing data accuracy and precision in the processing pipeline.

Previous Project (March 2020 - June 2022)

Project Name: Events Answer on Bing search.

The Team was responsible for powering events related queries on Bing search engine. This complex project involved identifying the events related queries intent and then deciding what answer to show and where to place the answer on the page. This work involve lot of machine learning technique to understand the query intent and feed processing from the third party.

• Led a team responsible for optimizing events-related queries on the Bing search engine.
• Utilized advanced machine learning techniques to understand query intent and process data from third-party sources.
• Developed answers and features as an individual contributor, enhancing the search experience.
• Implemented the Bing Maps Tile System for efficient nearby search functionality.
• Leveraged ObjectStore for keyword-based search, improving content accessibility.
• Identified and implemented new answers and features for enhanced user experience.

Other Previous Projects in Bing:

• As a Senior Developer, I led the development and ownership of the Bing Save Service, a pivotal project within the Bing Search Engine. This Service empower users to curate and organize their digital content, including images, videos, website and more, in a secure, private space. My role extend to shaping the client-service contract and crafting a diverse array of APIs to ensure a seamless and enrich user experience. By enabling users to collaboratively share selected collections, I enhanced the platform's versatility.
• Developed expertise in creating a Carousel answer service that directly addresses user intent. My specialization lies in building systems that provide concise and relevant responses to user queries. One notable example is the implementation of a Carousel answer for event-related queries, such as "events in Seattle." I have successfully developed and deployed a service that displays a user-friendly list of events happening in a specified location.
• Worked on answer relevance and triggering. This involved determination of the relevance score of the answer for different queries. This project helped me develop data analysis skills.

Project Name: Tizen Product Development 2014

Tizen is a Linux-based operating system for devices—including smartphones, tablets, in-vehicle infotainment (IVI) devices, smart TVs, and smart cameras. It aims to offer a consistent user experience across devices. Tizen is a project within the Linux Foundation and is governed by a Technical Steering Group (TSG) composed of Samsung and Intel among others.

• Involved in the Research & Development of smart watch on Tizen OS.
• Involved in the entire software development life cycle, including analysis, designing, coding, testing and implementation.
• Involved in open source contribution of EFL.(edje, elementary).
