Deputy Manager as PB Service – Branch Operations

(January 2023 to June 2025)

Sales and Customer Support - To attend walk-in clients in the branch lobby, ensuring high retention and resolving customer queries.

Authoriser & Locker Custodian - To serve as the branch authoriser for both high-value cash and non-cash financial transactions and manage locker access protocols and maintain secure operations.

Legal & Compliance: Supervise critical branch legal Income Tax and court related cases, regulatory reporting, and internal operational audit workflows.

Complaint Resolution: Manage the branch CRM system to track, address, and resolve complex customer service complaints.

• Vendor Engagement: Connect virtually with vendors who have a tie-up with the organization to maintain smooth operational relationships.
• Contract Management: Create billing contracts in the system based on the formal legal agreements between the bank and vendors.
• System Activation: Get vendors active on the bank's internal system to ensure payments are processed smoothly through the network.
• Payment Support: Help vendors with everyday payment queries, including invoice rejections, processing delays, and payment disruptions.
• Vendor Training: Conduct training sessions for external vendors to ensure correct and compliant invoice submission.
• Internal Coordination: Connect with internal Lines of Business (LOB) to handle contract changes, add extra funds, and get billing approvals.
• SLA Delivery: Complete and close all operational service requests within the specific timelines requested by internal business teams.

• Client Engagement: Handled financial advisory and operational needs for a diverse portfolio of international accounts across global time zones.
• Strategic Portfolio Management: Manage and grow a dedicated portfolio of NRI and HNW clients, ensuring high retention and relationship depth.
• Diversified Product Advisory: Advise clients on NRE/NRO accounts, FCNR deposits, Indian mutual funds and Insurance.
• Compliance Execution: Ensure strict adherence to RBI guidelines, FEMA regulations, FATCA/CRS requirements, and KYC/AML norms for all cross-border transactions.
