Project: Cargo Revenue Accounting (CRA)

Description: The Advanced Cargo Revenue Accounting module automates the calculation of transportation charges for air cargo, applying IATA and carrier-specific rates. It supports contract provisions, spot rates, and special rate agreements (SRA) while providing rate notes to agents. The module utilizes published or user-defined add on rates and includes functionality for transportation charges, automatic invoice generation, payment tracking, and GST compliance.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Implemented a tax deduction at source (TDS) system and GST for Air India, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Engaged in customer interactions, gathering requirements for new development, feature enhancements, and issue resolution.
• Led coding, debugging, and deployment processes to deliver high-quality, functional updates.
• Developed and maintained functionality for rate construction, invoice generation, and payment tracking, enhancing system efficiency and accuracy.

Project: Bsmart JVVNL (Electricity Billing and Revenue Management Application)

Description: Bsmart JVVNL is an application for electricity billing and revenue management, supporting monthly billing for both LT and HT consumers.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Led end-to-end development, analyzing application requirements and coordinating with team members for seamless project execution.
• Designed and developed key UI screens using JSP and CSS, creating interactive interfaces for data presentation.
• Built the business layer, including critical controller and service classes to implement core functionality.
• Collected requirements directly from clients and implemented features based on these specifications.
• Handled bug fixing, enhancements, and change requests to improve system performance.
• Managed development, build, and deployment to load-balanced production servers, ensuring smooth operation.

Project: Grievance Management System

Description: The Grievance Management System facilitates the streamlined handling of internal and external grievances within an organization. It records grievances and automatically routes them to the designated officials, supporting multiple registration channels, including customer care, SMS, email, Facebook, and a web interface.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Conducted detailed analysis of application requirements and communicated effectively with team members for coordinated development efforts.
• Designed and developed the business layer, creating essential controller and service classes to implement business logic.
• Integrated and consumed web services to interact with external systems (Bsmart TRM) for online payment processing, Seva Sindhu services, E-sign services, and DigiLocker services.
• Developed most UI components with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery, creating responsive and interactive screens to display data effectively.
• Integrated Google Cloud Storage (Google Bucket) to securely store images and documents.

Project: MCC (Water Billing and Revenue Management Application)

Description: MCC is a water billing and revenue management application that supports monthly billing for industrial and domestic consumers. The application includes modules for new connections, meter management, payments, BI reporting, and tariff-based billing.
